The Fishing Area

Being based out of Falmouth harbor, gives access to some of the best fishing in the North East. The rocky shores on either side of the Vineyard sound, formed thousands of years ago by glacier deposits are home to some fantastic fishing. Places like Middle Ground, Quicks and Robinson's, and Devils Bridge have long been favorites to anglers chasing large striped bass and blue fish.

The Nantucket sound, and the waters surrounding Martha's Vineyard and Chappaqudick also have their favorite spots for big game fish. Toms shoals, the Hooter, Baghdad and Squibbie can hold large schools of striped bass, bluefish as well as foraging schools of bonito and false albacore.

Just as spectacular as the fishing is the view of the coastline, some untouched for centuries. Huge boulders and sweeping dunes adorn much of the area.
